This is to certify that Md. Motiur Rahman, Passport No.-A11551601 Son of Jomshed Ali & Mst: Somirun Nessa, Village-Debair Bohor, P.O: Shaheber Bazar, P.S: Airport, District: Sylhet. He is working as a Editor Publisher of Daily Prothom Sylhet (Government Registration No.-167).
Mr Motiur Rahman has expressed his desire to visit The Netherlands to attend IBC2026, to be held from 11–14 September, 2026. The event will be organized in Amsterdam. We wish to confirm that Daily Prothom Sylhet has no objection to his travel. His leave has been duly approved for the period commencing 09 September 2026 and concluding on 17 September 2026. In view of his application, leave of 9 days was granted from the date of travel abroad. He was granted permission to travel to Netherlands.
