This is to certify that Md. Motiur Rahman, Passport No.-A-11551601 Son of Jomshed Ali & Mst: Somirun Nessa, Village-Debair Bohor, P.O: Shaheber Bazar, P.S: Airport, District: Sylhet. He is working as a Editor & publisher of Daily Prothom Sylhet.
He has applied for leave for 01 October from 08 October 08 days the office authorities to travel to Japan for the purpose of travel. In view of his application, leave of 08 days was granted from the date of travel abroad. He was granted permission to travel to Japan.
Conditions:
(a) He will travel to Japan at his own expense.
(b) The office authorities will not bear the travel expenses.
(c) Will join office work after returning to the country.
